Logan's Roadhouse 604 Carriage House Drive, Jackson, TN 38305

"My wife and I went there yesterday afternoon at 3:00. We sat in the right backside of the restaurant, right across from the side kitchen door. Waitress came out and gave us our menus and took our drink order. She came back with our drinks and some rolls and took our order. About 15 minutes later someone from the kitchen brought our food out. At that point we needed refills on our drinks. We ate our food which was very good. I had surf and turf with broccoli and a sweet potato. My wife had a mushroom Swiss burger with fries. We only ate about half of our food. I cannot keep eating without having anything to drink. After seeing her several times, we decided to see how long she would actually take to check on us. Finally at 4:10, we finally flagged her down and asked her for some to go trays and the check. My wife told her that she hadn’t checked on us in 45 minutes. She never said anything. We left the exact change on the table and left an extra penny for her. The food was really good but I was thirsty. Just imagine if y’all still served peanuts, I probably would have choked on a dry throat. That young lady obviously needs some training. The other lady back there was working her butt off."

"We had the best service tonight! Tayvion was a very attentive waiter and was very sweet to our 16month old. Our son loved him and he was always willing to give our little guy a high 5. He definitely added to the experience! The food was also very hot and delicious."

"if i could give no stars, i would. my experience was horrible. our server was asked to get our drinks then continued to watch a football game instead. asked for rolls and got the complete opposite. utensils were dirty and i brought my own fork, absolutely gross. i feel sick after eating here. i doubt they know how to wash the dishes either since i found particles of another dish in my own. will NEVER return. rolls were also never delivered to begin with. had to ask for parts of my meal that were never served when i received the main portion. our server was sweet but could not seem to do his job correctly and so was the food. steak was dry and tasted freezer burnt. the “garlic bread” with the chicken parm was brown and looked moldy and the chicken tasted disgusting. mix of different noodles in my penne noodles grosses me out. it basically means that they didn’t clean the pot they use to boil my pasta, yay?!. food was cold and croutons were soggy also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!"

"I haven't eaten at Logan's in years, thought it would be fun to revisit the place for lunch. Upon entering, I noticed that everything was still the same as I remembered it. It may be time for an update. The service was fine & the food was really good. But they got rid of the peanuts?!!"

"Food was pretty good, would I eat there again, yes. Would I go out of my way to do so, probably not. Reasonable prices, not too high - lower volume alternative to Texas Roadhouse (better suited to be able to talk with your dinner mates than trying to yell at each other at TR). Crab cakes that I got with my dinner were not the best, but not horrible. Everything was pretty good. I will say my Ceasar "side" salad was quite big for a side salad though! Lol (came with my meal) Rolls were really good, come in a basket with butter."
