Reviews
"Love this place and the staff! Now my regular go-to mulch supplier and brush disposal place after Love’s Creek closed"
"Couldn't ask for a better place to work. Two of the best grinder operators In East TN."
"We need to get together and insure this company fails as is. Knoxville, give someone else this contract. The rates are ridiculous, and the answers they respond with let us know they think of us all as children. If the county wont take organic material than lets allow real capitalism to work. As what im reading in the reviews is a company not beholden to their customers properly. They won the contract from the city and have been failing us ever since"
"Bought two yards of magic mix for my raised garden beds in April, and May 1st both direct sowed and transplanted seedlings I had raised as well as ones from two garden centers. Plants came up on time, but then all plants turned yellow and were stunted, barely grew for six weeks as I tried to figure out what the problem was- turns out no nitrogen available in the soil- the magic seems that the mix made all the nitrogen disappear. Had to go to local garden center and get real garden compost to work into the soil and supplement with fertilizer- and magically all the plants started to grow and thrive. Should have known it was red flags earlier as also found a ton of plastics and other detritus in the mix- very large chunks of clay, branches, etc. so very poor quality control."
"The staff is great. The reason for the 1 star is your recent raise in cost to the consumer. As I read through the reviews you give the same canned statement regarding your fixed expenses is the reason for raising your cost. However you have raised your prices over 175% in the last 18 months. Stop using the inflation and downturn in the economy to justify raising your prices 175%. We as citizens and a community are ALL feeling the pinch but you use this as an opportunity to extort your customer base. I'm sure a reason for the price increase is the decrease of customers utilizing your services. Have you stop to consider why your customer base is not utilizing your services like they use to? Don't you need the trees, branches, brush, etc.. that you get for free from the consumer to keep your business going or is your contract with the county sufficient enough that you do not need the business from the private citizen? It would be fantastic if I could get an intelligent response to this review however I have a sneaky suspicion that a copy and paste is all I will get. Well Living Earth, you got your one and only $55 out of me. Shame on me for not paying attention to the sign when I pulled up."
