"I'm giving 1 star only because there's no choice to choose zero. I live in an apartment complex. My landlord had Real Floors replace my carpet back in July. I stayed gone while they worked that day. When I came home that evening the floor looked great, but they had broken both doors on my tv stand and pulled the back panel off. That tv stand was brand new. I bought it and assembled it the previous week. I gave the landlord the receipt for the tv stand and Real Floors agreed to send me a gift card to cover the price of the tv stand. It's been 2 1/2 months and I've still not received my gift card. My landlord has called and emailed them multiple times. I have called multiple times. I was told it was mailed over a week ago. I called yesterday to ask about it yet again. The person who answered said he would check the tracking number and get back to me. I still haven't heard back. If you value your belongings, I would highly recommend not using this company."
