"If you like being treated well up front then no communication with you then this is the place for you. I ordered several items, one to go on a commercial mower I bought from them, and it had to be back ordered. No problem, but the part came in and the store didn’t call, I had to call them. Then I had to call to make arrangements to have the part installed. They were to pick up my mower at 9:00 and at 10:00 I called to see what had happened and was told they had to make another delivery and they were on their way. At 2:00 I called to see where they were and was told they were on their way and I told them to forget it and refund my money. I wasted a whole day waiting and they couldn’t take a minute out of their schedule to let me know what was going on. No this was not the only incident, chainsaw, chainsaw tools and parts, etc. I had to call them to see if they were in. I hope I don’t have to take anything back for warranty work. Everything could have been avoided with a simple phone call and customer service after the sale."

Our mower has been at STI over a month with no communication on when it will be fixed. Terrible customer service, and terrible time to be without a lawn mower."

"The store messed up processing an order we made and paid for in November, 2021. When we tried to order a new implement in February 2022, they realized their mistake, but rather than notifying us, they ran our credit card that they had in their system without our knowledge or consent. The sales rep initially said the charge would fall off when questioned about it, then after it went through, said he’d refund the money. Both statements were lies. The store refuses to accept responsibility for their mistake in November, and is perfectly ok with their actions in unauthorized use of our credit card in February. There is zero integrity in this store."
