"We recently moved into a new construction and was having issues with the sink that was purchased from Gray Hodges leaking into the cabinet. We even had a plumber come look at the issue. Our contractor has reached out to them several times trying to get someone from Gray Hodges to come look at the sink. Since it is taking them so long to get out here our cabinet is completely ruined and will have to be replaced. And water sits under our sink everyday in a bowl. We also bought a pantry from them that took almost two months to come in because “someone accidentally cancelled the order”. They do not care about their customers at all."

"They never have anything I need and the counter guy (tall and skinny) I'm not sure of his name has been standing at the door and farted on me on 2 separate occasions. I wish it was a joke but unfortunately not. I have always had terrible luck in getting supplies from this location."
