"Kroger store in Hickory Plaza -- Tonight I was humiliated and insulted by a self checkout worker named Jeff when I asked for help after accidentally scanning something twice. I and everyone else was clearly bothering him by asking for help. He impatiently and rudely showed me how to take off the voided item and he said "Common Sense" as he walked away. I stopped what I was doing and asked him if he was saying that to me and he said "yes I was". I told him he didn't have to be insulting and rude when someone asked for help. Pretty sure helping people is his only job in the check out area. But he said it's not rude to tell people to use common sense. (everyone had stopped to watch us now) I disagree I said, look that's not kind. Your job is to help - I let him know I'd be sharing my experience. He said "go ahead and tell them all" . What an awful experience. :/"

"This Kroger location has absolutely turned into the worst Kroger to shop at in Nashville. I have shopped here my entire time living in the area. I am disabled so the riding carts are an absolute necessity. I have watched as the carts disappear and no longer function over several months. I keep being told they are on order or that they can not get them fixed. If this were a month or so, I would digress, but this is now over a 6 month period that I watch the problem get worse. I go to other Kroger stores, and this doesn't seem to be an issue. Why should I travel across town when my store that I have used for years is literally around the corner. Get in gear and start giving back to your customers."

"This Kroger is TERRIBLE. Save yourself major frustration and just don’t go. I had hopes years ago when they remodeled that it would improve. It didn’t. The reasons are wayy too many to even list though from being a mess to terrible produce to terrible service to no service at all…and you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. Pharmacy is the same across the board. I’d say it must begin with management. I leave mad every single time I go. I don’t know why I even try."
