"Before I do this Review I think I should share with all of you I'm a 75-year old fellow. You will also see me mention numerous times my buddy in San Antonio, Texas Tom Cochran. He wanted to know exactly what I purchased so I sent him that information as you will see in the pictures below. I simply mention the above ^^^ so you know this Review is 100% Legit not some kid playing on his Laptop !!! Bill Dickerson guys is the Real-Deal. He hand-walked me through all the eXmark Zero-Turn mowers in-person and the options for those. He even was nice enough that he made a few suggestions to me as he knew from our lengthy conversations I wanted a "Loaded-Up eXmark". In my case I went with the eXmark LZ X with a 60" deck. I also took the Top Engine option the 38HP EFI Gas Engine. He also shared a Simple "Clean-Up" of the Lower-Mower-Deck with me that you'll see in the pictures below. Thanks Bill D. I hadn't a Clue buddy on doing that. LOL !!! Never-Ever to Old to Learn, right guys ??? For those that don't know me I was a Scag Turf-Tiger owner for over 20 plus years. In-Fact my very 1st Scag Turf-Tiger I purchased from Bill Dickerson over 20-years ago. This time I decided to try the eXmark after spending Long-long-long hours researching the brand extensively. I also checked-out all the YouTube videos on the eXmark. A lot of the Commercial guys here use the eXmark as well as some of my neighbors. I figured it was Way-way past time for me to give one a try if I could get exactly what I wanted. And believe me guys I did get exactly what I wanted for the 38HP EFI Gas Engine as well as the eXmark accessories. Speaking of Bill Dickerson ........... I'm sure a lot of you have purchased all sorts of things that have been expensive over the years like myself. Here's something that impressed me a lot. Bill actually called to check and see what I thought of it after mowing with it several times ??? How many Small Business Owners in today's World do that sort of thing ??? I can easily answer that ........... Not any that I am aware of especially on the purchase of a Zero-Turn Mower !!! I'll try to post the options I went with below if I can recall all of those and they were the ones important to me. eXmark Front-Mounting-Plate for the weights and the front two 45Lb. each weights. eXmark LED light assembly which are Super-Bright same Technology as on my 2021 Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 I have on order in Racing-Yellow. eXmark "Tractus" tires so No-Worries on Flats, ever. eXmark rear Trailer-Hitch. eXmark brand six extra blades that the service department Pre-Sharpened so I can change them out as they Dull and take the Dull Set to "Dickerson Landscaper's Depot" to be Sharpened. eXmark Bulldog Jack-Receiver Kit. eXmark Bulldog hydraulic-Jack Super-Heavy-Duty. eXmark brand Mat for the Top-Deck to help with Noise. The pictures are on my Photobucket account and UN-Fortunately as you will see Photobucket does {NOT} keep them in order. But ................ At least you can see them which is more important I think !!! I also did include the one (1) picture of my last Scag Turf-Tiger that a neighbor wanted so I sold it to him. It had a Whopping 770 Hours of use on it."

"Bought a used riding mower from this place. It started when I picked it up. Assured it was "in excellent condition". Local trade. $800 later it mowed my yard once and will not run. Paid $223 for a new carburetor from another dealer as I will NEVER purchase from this place again. Notified them of my issue and Bill responded they sell equipment for their customers - they do not represent it. Great customer service to take mowers in on trade and screw the person who buys them. Take some pride in the equipment you choose to represent. What Bill emailed me and what the salesman said "excellent condition" do not add up. BUYER BEWARE! Reply to your follow up: I was going to let this drop but your email response and response below doesn't sit well with me. Read thru your reviews and I am not the only customer you have upset. I will let the BBB decide based on your Craigslist advertisement for this mower. Your salesman told me you had not done any maintenance to it when I asked but did say the mower was in excellent shape as well as your ad. If you don't stand behind things you sell, DON'T advertise or state condition."
