"Horrible customer service. Our date was rained out and they didn’t follow through with their weather rule, after we provided plenty of proof of the weather. We have used them repeatedly but no more and we will tell everyone else not use them again because they don’t provide quality customer service. Not to mention they are horrible at communication. In response to your response you did not communicate you barely responded back and they were not professional responses. I work in the customer service industry and you all do not have it. Your drivers do not communicate well, you do not value long term customers, and quite frankly your rentals are disgusting and need to be cleaned better before being sent somewhere. I will make sure no one I know ever uses you."

"Rented the 15 foot water slide for my daughters birthday. I ordered last minute and even ended up changing that due to weather circumstances. They were timely and professional in their responses. Set up and pick up went smooth, and we didn't encounter a single inconvenience during the whole process. Also, the cheapest prices I was able to find in the Knoxville area. would absolutely recommend. Came back to edit because we rented from them again. And again - absolutely amazing service. They went above and beyond and I will 100% be going through them for any future inflatable rentals!!"

"Had a semi private party here. Which ended up being private because no one else booked the other. But it was so fun and we paid for drinks, pizza, I've cream and decoration package. Even the adults got to bounce so everyone thanked us for a great party, but that was you all. We put our stuff down and our 2 hospitals basically done everything for us. We even recieved an free open play card for our birthday girl and everyone else recieved buy one open play get one free cards! It was an amazing party and we will definitely be back!! I didn't get many pictures of the kids because they played the whole time!"

"kids had a blast, pricing is very affordable. Only complaint was a few kids (toddler looking age) had actually peed their pants and their parents were still letting them play in the bounce houses with noticeably soiled clothes on. That grossed me out."
