"Awesome. I did community service there and the lady’s were super awesome. They never judge me for anything. They super flexible with me. This was all during pandemic. They always keep the store super clean and the floors sweep. They keep organized and awesome helped the customers. It was a great experience. Personal retail is not for me and super boring but the time past fast there."

"Nice clean store. Clothes assorted in colors & sizes. Dresses by sizes . shows by color & sizes. Children , teen , boys, men, all the same. Dishes laid out in nice shelves. Cups clean. No dust. Floors a lil messy but it had been raining. Service was excellent. Had nice a great time picking out fun stuff to wear on girls trip ....try it...give $10 to everyone & have them by an outfit for 1 person to wear...it's fun to see what they come up with. Most of the time the outfits cost less than the $10."

"I HAVE NEVER seen a more organized store.. EVER !!! EVER!! I've been shopping at Goodwill in 3 different states. I must give the credit wear it is truly deserved... the manager of that store deserves recognition tenfold... hands down the most organized Goodwill store in Knoxville... you really have to see this place to believe it.. the service was just delightful. But the categorizing, organization and merchandising displays are exceptional. Bravo to the staff"
