"As a Vaild and Valued Rewards Member, the cashier (guy) at the Ridgeway Plaza wouldn't take my Rewards number until after I paid. Hum??? No other location does this. Also, why is this the only location that only accepts cards and no cash. This is an inconvenience to Movie Goers. This policy needs to be examined."
"Yeah I think a lot of people in Memphis forget about the Malco that is in the Wolfchase Galleria, they have really improved it with stadium seating, service right at your seat. Not only can you eat popcorn while you enjoy the movie, you can also drink beer. The small call is a definite recommend the people were more than friendly the place was immaculately clean, and a good value For Your Entertainment dollar."
"3 girls behind the counter that could not be bothered to sell tickets or take our order. Popcorn was stale as well as my as soda and the box of candy looked like someone stepped on it. Seats were comfortable lobby was clean but I will never go back . Customer service for a empty Sunday show was none existent. Really recommend for the money go to another theater."
"They have renovated this theater and it is NICE! I've always gone to Paradiso or Cordova, not trusting Wolfchase because of what it's turning in to. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back."
