"I really want to use other words, but I’m going to keep it clean. The big chick with the blonde wig was working in the customer service, I was paying my light bill and after I paid it note I wasn’t rude we had no confrontation, she had my receipt in her hand and as I was reaching for it , she dropped it in the counter. That was very rude of her. Some of us are so rude and want to get paid to be rude to the customers. Some of the employees in the Memphis stores need to be trained in professionalism !!!!!!!!!!! Rude ish"
"So I went grocery shopping at 9ish this morning, only one cash register was open while there's literally a line going down an aisle. Some of the staff was just standing around watching the chaos and twiddling their thumbs. Most of the customers just took to bagging their own stuff to help that one poor cashier who was working."
