"Amphitheatre, free public golf course, walking trails, multiple playgrounds, open fields, a body of water, a zoo...I mean what else can you ask for?! Yes there are restrooms so bring your hand sanitizer."
"This was my first time visiting Memphis and we decided to go for a hike in this beautiful park and it did not disappoint! Complete with dog parks, golf course, picnic area it has everything! Very well maintained."
"I always have so much fun at the Memphis zoo! It’s huge, can keep you busy all day long. I loved the kangaroo exhibit!!"
"This is an incredible park! It's got a Zoo, Art Museum, and an old growth forest with many trails. I spent about two hours just walking around the trails at one point I thought I was lost. I thought if I get lost in the forest in the middle of town, I'm never gonna live it down. Overall this is a hard park to beat. I fantastic way to spend an afternoon."
"What a beautiful park! We were staying at an Airbnb nearby and we had a few hours until we had to be to our next event, so I took my kids here to the playground by the pond. Beautiful! They played the entire time! The trails were muddy so we didn’t go far in, but the paved road through the trees was perfect for waking and running. I felt safe alone during the day the next morning when I came back to run. Would highly recommend this place to families. *I did not check to see if there were restrooms and if they were clean, I’d there were any. CON: parking is crazy there by the park. Just a tiny lot and it was PACKED on a Sunday afternoon."
