"My 7yo daughter was injured when a boy was jumping with a metal box in his hand resulting in a 1 inch gash on her forehead requiring an ER visit. The facility had 2 maybe 3 "lifeguards" on duty at the time. The boy was seen giving the box to his father BEFORE my daughter was hurt but was allowed to jump with it again. Highly irresponsible both on this facility and the parent. I was told their "3rd party" would contact us, but nothing so far. The manager mishandled this every step. The worst comments were: "we have had kids break their leg, come back with a cast and as long as the parent is ok we let them jump" and "they have $50,000 in upgrades to change the pink mats to gray". Even though its the same owner since the start, they "are having an identity crisis". These statements alone say they put PROFITS before SAFETY. Since the boy's father was a member, they KNEW the rules and actively ignore them. They have felt that refunding my money and offering 4 VIP passes would be enough. (As if I would EVER take my daughters back). All I have asked for is a sincere apology from their staff who were present and the boy's father and for them to pay the remainder of the hospital bill. They obviously do not care which shows they are immoral, unethical and unrepentant."
"I liked when it was defy gravity. These new prices at sky zone is ridiculous. Do not recommend. $62 for two kids to jump for 90 min. Defy was like $12 per kid. For 60 min. Now my kids about to just jump on the trampoline in their backyard."
"We've had two birthday parties there this year. The most recent one was last week. It's a great place- kids love it. Kind of expensive but they cover everything. Since this summer, I've noticed they've really gone wild about the wrist bands. One of the kids at the party came crying to me because a worker told him that he couldn't be there without a wristband (his had fallen off somewhere). We were able to get another one no problem. Also, they cut the bands at the end of the party...a lot of kids like to wear them home."
"We enjoy going here and jumping. We have a membership and with that being said here are my pros and cons. Pros: People working the counter, super nice and helpful. We also love the kids enjoy it. Cons: The slide and trapeze bar are NEVER open. The kids working the floor are rude to the children. It states no food or drinks on top deck but the employees do both. I was not allowed to go down the ramp they told me to go down the stairs. The seats are very uncomfortable for parents. You have a hard time sitting all the way back...unless you are 7 ft. With all this being said there needs to be more for the price and what you get as a "member". Other skyzone have much more and this location is so limited."
"Decent place for the kids to burn off energy. But, it's pretty pricey. They give out colored bands, and the there's a PA system that goes off telling whatever color bracelet you have that it's time to leave. They have unlimited jump options also. There is an employee there who's so rude. I didn't get his name (because that would involve him actually talking to us like he wanted to be there) but, he had glasses and tattoos. Hipster vibe. He gave no information about size of socks, kind of tossed them at us. One size was definitely too small and his reply was 'they'll fit'. Just his demeanor told us he would rather be doing anything else. The tone of his voice was the most unprofessional. Luckily, most of the kids didn't notice his aura, and they ended up having a good time."
