"Rude customer service. I called to confirm if the shop was open today as we had severe weather the day before and I wasn’t sure if businesses were operating as usual. At first the person picked up the phone but then hung up which I assumed was an accident. I called back and a gentlemen answered and I said hi can you confirm if you are open today. He answered, I picked up the phone, I’m speaking. I then said ok bye. I am not going to bring my business to a company who represents themselves in an unprofessional manner. There wasn’t even a slight humor in his tone which shouldn’t make a difference. It was unprofessional regardless."
