"I live in Riverside however I have never been to this dealership. I normally go to Corona where I had purchased my vehicle. The difference between dealerships is astounding. Corona is so friendly and welcoming, they’ve cleaned my car at every service. Riverside staff is just rude and unprofesssional. I went in for an oil change but I also knew it may need more maintenance. The department never called and asked if I wanted to complete some of their recommendations. I would have had them change the air filters and get a new battery should they have called. I do not plan on returning to Riverside VW. I will gladly spend more time and money to go to Corona."
"I came in yesterday because my car was making a noise and because I got a very expensive purse stuck in the groove of my seat. Jose, the service advisor along with his manager were so friendly and determined to help me get my purse out of the groove. It took them about 30 minutes to detach it from the seat. They exceeded my expectations providing excellent customer service. It's evident that they work to serve their customers with high quality, honor, and respect!! Thank you again, Jose! They fixed the noise as well!"

"UPDATE: I am updating my previous rating in light of a new visit to the Service Dept. to 4 out of 5 stars due to the poor experience I had on my first visit. I was genuinely impressed how exemplary the customer service was this time, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Taleeza in particular was very professional and helpful, listening and taking note of my concerns. She even asked permission if I would share the videos I had documenting the sound issue before and after the initial visit. Not only did she call me to let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, she also informed me of everything that was done to the vehicle and assured me that they took care of the issue. Overall, I can't list every negative aspect of what happened on my first visit; however, I can say that my second visit was a dramatic improvement upon my first impression. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brought in my Tiguan for the free maintenance under the warranty only to be told that I had to pay $185 for this service which I did since I wanted to ensure that my vehicle would be diagnosed correctly. I was also told that they would computer scan the vehicle and engine for any errors to properly diagnose. It is very disappointing to know that they took the vehicle for a drive without scanning the engine system as they assured me they would do. My appointment was at 7:30 am and my vehicle was not looked at until the end of the day. I called for about an hour and finally left a voice mail without anyone returning my call. When we went to pick up our vehicle and asked to speak to a manager, we were told that there was no manager on site and that the manager is on vacation for two weeks. Overall a very bad experience."
