"The service department for Honda here is horrible. Service Advisor Debbie was very rude and condescending. I don't like writing reviews like this, but I had to. Honda service guest care is not important to this person. Would not listen when I was describing the issue with my vehicle, basically saying, "I have never heard of that." and kept interrupting me. Stay away from Riverside Metro Honda service department."

"Unprofessional from when I pulled up to get my car serviced all the way up to when I was given back my vehicle with a cracked windshield and it was not like that when we took it to get serviced. Words can’t express how terribly handled it was and the lack of care. Which btw hasn’t been taken care of yet still waiting and I took my care in last week and was told I should hear from them on Monday with an update. It’s almost noon and nothing. After this horrible experience i can’t say Honda still has my future business."
