Surf City Car Wash

"GARBAGE car wash. Will try and upswell you if your car is dirty. So does that mean if it’s cleaner it’s cheaper? No…. ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE. Car was STILL dirty after wash. Asked to clean up a couple spots and the guy tried to pick a fight with me. (You only paid for basic car wash! But it’s not clean. So….) NOT A REAL BUSINESS. Or at least not a real manager. No one picks fights with customers. Well, they do."

"Came here for the $30 wash and was told since my car was dirtier then usual I had to pay $40. Up charged for a dirty car. Had it done in about 20 minutes to complete. My car is never very dirty. Was shocked because I go here once a month. Lost my business and hope that other people read this and don’t go here."

"Bought the $30 wash for my Range Rover, it was all water spotted, my wheels were still dirty and my bumper was all chipped with the paint taken off. My dash wasn’t even wiped off either. Also the bee dropping wasn’t taken off either! Now I have to go get a detail and paint my bumper! Won’t be coming here again! Tipped the guy $5, regretting that now. Worst car wash in OC!"

"If I could give less than 1 star I would, stay away. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. Today I wanted to do a price of 24$, but the boss said my mat is too dirty and I need a $30 one , I think that might be cleaner, including tire cleaning. I took it . The whole process of cleaning the car didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was shocked. I thought maybe he washed the car very quickly and didn't check whether he cleaned it properly, gave a tip and left. But when I back home I got out of the car and checked , I found that all the four doors were not cleaned, and the reverse mirror was dirty, and even the tires still had stains. I was very angry, and drive to return to, the , I asked the boss,my car wash does not include the car door and tyres, all didn't cleaned, he said I can choose ydeep clean next time, but I didn't choose the cheapest one ,now I need to clean is also the most basic right, although he found the staff to help me to clean, But there were still stains on the car, It's over and done with. I was so angry that I left and won't come back, nor would I recommend anyone I know. A really bad car wash experience."

"Love this place, come here once a week for two reasons. 1st super competitive pricing, these guys are much lower than my other local option. 2nd and more importantly imo is how friendly they are, always great me with a smile remember how & what I like, as far as the wash for my truck. Oh, and one more super important thing, THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB washing my truck. I encourage you to give them a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed!"
