"I took my car here for the first time and Evelyn was my service advisor. I was able to get in extremely quick and she was very kind helping me out. The repairs here do take some time if they have a long queue for diagnostics but they will let you know exactly how long it takes before hand so you Know what to expect. I will be coming back here for service if my car has any issues. :)"

"The service that I received was awful!!! i went in ,basically, to have “system leak in banks 1 and bank 2” repaired. The car needed a part which came the next day (Tuesday). i picked up my car and it was a complete mess!! 1.- the rubber that seals the sunroof was stuck to the window pulling the rubber from its location; 2.- the gear shift separates from the console when i shift gears!! the inside of the car was riddled with black oil/glue/tar-like substances! the floor mat was so black, i asked the service man to throw it away; the arm rest had sticky black substance all over it, and the door handle had smeared black substance. i called the service mgr (Scott), he claims nothing was done to the car, other than the system leak; he says they didn't do anything to the sunroof, but he would call me back. the day is done and Scott didn't bother to get back to me. What a disaster! my next recourse—calling the next level manager."

"Literally the worst place for servicing. It’s been 2O+ weeks and still no one will call me back or answer my calls regarding my car’s servicing. Theyre lying about the warranty on my battery so I have to buy a new one. Terrible experience overall."

"Been going here since 2015. They provide quality service and the prices are very reasonable. The service is usually fast and quick and the facility is always clean. In there lobby they have coffee popcorn and all sorts of snacks while you wait. I highly recommend servicing your Mercedes at this location pacifically."
