The lady that answered the phone was very short, didn’t allow me to ask my question without already assuming what I was trying to ask, saying we don’t do emergency road side breakdowns. I replied my truck is not down and it’s operable. She then replied well I don’t have anything until 6 weeks and hung up. She was very rude."
