Jiffy Lube

"Longest wait ever, attitudes, rude, etc... They have no answers to any question. Waited over an hour in line before leaving. Never will I go back to this Jiffy Lube unless it's an emergency. They used to be so much better I don't know what happened. My whole entire family has went to this location for decades It sad to say that today's staff sucks and our rude. We finally left and Went to another oil change place not too far and received 100x's better customer service and support. People had better attitudes and were helpful and friendly. They explained stuff and for any unknown answers they made sure they clarified it with management so that we were aware and felt comfortable. Totally opposite of jiffy lube."

"DO NOT GO HERE. They are slow and incompetent. Didn’t screw my oil drain plug in now my brand new concrete at my house is permanently stained with 3/4th of my engine oil. I called multiple times and when I showed the manager took 10 mins just to find the phone on mute in the break room. I was told on the phone by the branch manager I could get a refund and they would fix my oil but when I got there they said they fixed there mistake so I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Don’t make my mistake. Update it’s February 19. No attempts from anyone to rectify this. The “jiffy lube” account that responded with the email has not made any attempt to contact me whatsoever."
