"I do not recommend this place at all, I was lied to blatantly, and when I called to cancel they had no remorse. I was told I need 2 services. I told them I only want services that were required in the manual. They said these services were required in the manual. I go home and check and it’s not there at all. I call to cancel the services right when I see this, and they don’t contact me until later saying that they are already done with it. I ask where in the manual does it mention these, and they say they don’t know it’s just in their system. So it looks like I have to pay it anyway, because I was lied to, and I will never be back here"

I’ve had huge reservations about taking my car to the dealer since it is usually way more expensive than a local shop and I usually feel like I’m paying for more than I need. Then came Ed L. While the cost is still more than a local shop, I am able to trust his diagnosis and he makes sure I understand what needs to be done and what could wait. Not only do I know I’m getting genuine Toyota parts, but because I always make sure Ed is onsite when I bring my car, I know the service will be done and done well. "Recently we needed to replace 4 tires on our 2019 Toyota Camry. As always, we proceeded to have our service done through Northridge Toyota. Edward Lujan (Shop Manager) initiated the steps to place the order for the wheels, tires, and other parts while Katy Sanchez (Service Advisor) coordinated the service order and spoke with our insurance carrier. Both went above and beyond to include Ed coming to our home to install the tires and ensure it was safe to drive it to Northridge Toyota and complete the required alignment and other items. Katy also coordinated having the vehicle sent to Auto Stiegler to repair some small body damage on the driver side. We were extremely pleased and grateful that everything was handled in a timely manner and the efforts were excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Northridge Toyota."
