"Very upsetting experience. Kevin was VERY helpful at first. But then Kevin at Tesla basically ghosted me after selling me the car. The car came with a huge scratch on the right side I reported to him right away as soon as the tinting company noticed it & he ghosted me also after he sold us a charger and checked the option and didn’t even give us the charger. I had to reach out and find out where it was and turns on he didn’t even order it. Very very very upsetting. We’re new parents and just bought this car for a lot of money. I don’t think it’s fair that he ghosted me for weeks until I sent him a final text about going to management. Then he responded that you need to report it within 100 miles. WELL I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT IF HE RESPONDED SOONER. Unacceptable and took advantage of us!"

"I'm going to have to disagree with A.P.'s comment from a week ago. This is my go-to Service Center and will continue to although I've moved to the San Fernando Valley. Kayla and Kevin from Sales and Robert from Service have always been pleasant in answering my questions Not once have I felt dismissed. Thank you! It would seem that A.P. may simply be negative as 100% of her reviews are negative."

"Regional Management Take Note: If this store in Camarillo has less than 4 stars, there is clear problem with how the manger and staff treat their customers. Period. No excuses. The staff at this store have horrible attitudes (with a few exceptions) and I have personally experienced their "Robotic" and higher than thou attitude myself when asking questions about vehicles or inquiring about my own car. Folks, you sell cars. That's a great job, but treat each customer as you would want to be treated or your family members. If your not happy at Tesla, or you don't want to deal with customers, leave. We as customers don't want you there if you are not going to be friendly, helpful and smiling when we walk in your showroom. Perhaps, work in parts or find a job where you don't have to deal with people? I have taken my business from this store to other's in the LA area and have had a 100% better experience - night and day. My advice is do not deal with Camarillo, even if you leave near-by - you will get sub-par service from people who clearly don't love their job."
