I’m so grateful for Caliber for constantly giving me up dates on my car and when I called I never had to wait to speak to someone on the phone. Sal was very friendly and nice. When I went to get my car the receptionist was also very nice and quick on getting the paper work together. So far everything is good with my car. Overall, I definitely recommend this place."

"WARNING!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!!! The most unpleasant experience from a body shop. I went through my insurance to get the front bumper replaced and repainted. My car is a 2006 Honda Pilot. It is not in the best physical condition but the engine has been well maintained. When I dropped my vehicle off, I had no warning light. When it came time to pick up my vehicle and got in my car, I noticed a triangle warning light. I went back inside to tell them. First guy tried to look into it (friendly guy), then Jullian came back from lunch and just tried to make excuses instead of acknowledging something potentially could have went wrong during the repair and tried not to be held liable. He mentioned that this had just happened to another customer's car not too long ago and wanted to blame the car's age. So, it seems like a normal occurrence for this shop and they do not want to remediate the situation. He told me to try to drive the car for several days to see if it cleared. So I took the car and went back to work. However, it didn't go away and I had a rental coverage and didn't want to be without a vehicle, so I tried taking my vehicle back. When I called to take it back, the manager okay me to take it back. But then Jullian calls me back while I was trying to take the car back and he tries to discourage me from taking it back by telling me I would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance isn't going to cover it when the light turn on under their care. Instead of accepting the fact and following through with what he promised of taking the car back and clearing the code. He wanted to waste my time and go in circles and blame everything else. Long story short, I took my car back with a triangle and VSA light on and will have to get the car checked by my mechanic. They tried blaming that my TPMS sensor is bad when I replaced it 4-5 years ago (my vehicle has a TPMS light and it wasn't on) and my tires were improperly inflated when I just bought new tires over a month ago at Costco and had an alignment done by Honda dealer."

"Very professional. Excellent customer service. Always gave updates and willing to give me my vehicle as soon as possible. Cleaned and washed my car as well. Definitely recommend and will come back here if needed."

"We had our vehicle repaired here back in 2019 for a minor fender bender. This included the refinishing of a painted rim. Caliber uses a third party company for this. At the time, our service was ok as we had issues with the quality of the work leading to the vehicle being there much longer than the original quote to repair their own work. Fast forward to now, I was washing the car when I noticed the paint on the refinished wheel had begun to chip and pull away. Upon further inspection I noticed the paint was chipping away from the original painted rim (poor paint job). I reached out to Nelly, the newer general manager at this location, and explained the situation. She was more than happy to have the issue repaired at their expense. She was responsive and worked to get our vehicle repaired quickly. When it was noticed we didn't have the wheel key for the rims (Capitol Hyundai lost and wouldn't replace) she drove to get a new one, again at their expense. The work looks great and I was very pleased with the extra step she took to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend this location to anyone. Big thanks!"
