"The sunroof was stuck and had a little air escape. On bumps the roof rattled and at freeway speed the noise getting inside was very loud. I was looking a someone to just close the roof to resolve the problem. I found Spiderglass online and contacted Raymond the owner, he responded to my text & online form. After the initial diagnosis he assured me that he could fix the issue. To my delight he fixed the motor and now the roof opens & closes. Raymond works with passion and did a great job. "I started my search to have my panoramic sunroof fixed in November 2020. I live in Oakland and I don’t mind driving out far to have work done as long as I get a good feeling about the people I’m working with and they have good customer service. "Stopped by after a huge rock from the truck I was a lane away from hit a pothole in the road. Since it was a bullet style shaped crack in the glass I went down to Spider Auto to get the crack sealed. I noted the crack in question telling them another one on the opposite side of the windshield wasn't as bad. Fast forward 30 minutes later not only did they fix both cracks sealing them bith, they also gave me discounts to check-in and like them. I would definitely come back again if I needed more work done!"
