"Excellent customer service. The service person had close interactions with me through the app before the service. The service check in is very smooth and all my questions are answered fully. Got my car fixed ahead of schedule."

"Arrived here for them to service/repair my cabin climate issue. Brian was very courteous and informed me that it'll be a little bit of a wait and apologized. I parked inside the service center as soon as there was room and I clicked on the "Drop Off" button on my Tesla App to inform the technicians my vehicle was there and ready. Brian came back and told me that my car had to be left at the service center overnight! This was unexpected as I had not prepared my own transport for this. I could not receive a loaner because my car is out of warranty and plus there weren't any loaners left. I told him I have to reschedule and come back some future time so I can figure out my ride situation after dropping off my car. Brian sincerely apologized for it and he said for me to cancel this appointment and to reschedule and he'll try to work some "magic" the next time I show up. Wish the Tesla App would tell you this so people can prepare for it. Definitely not Brian's nor this Tesla Service Center's fault. I get home and I can't cancel the appointment because the Tesla App still thinks my car is currently in the repair process so that means I have to contact these guys. A+ for Brian's friendliness and professionalism!"

"As stated in work order check tire pressure. Not done 2x Bought a new key and got in the car to the old key not working . Had a window regulator replaced. yet the button on the door didn't work because it wasn't plugged in by the tech."

"Rude and incompetent staff! Misaligned my trunk door. Had to come back 2 times to fix it. At the end they said "we can't do better, this is according to Tesla specs, all Teslas have same problem." Pretty bad message for Tesla reputation. I did not believe this nonsense and went to different Tesla center in Fremont where they fixed it quickly and correctly. Stay away from this shop in Santa Clara!"

"I have mixed feel when writing this review. The staff are great and it’s not their fault that I had bad luck with my car which is less than 2 weeks old. They have to replace the entire front drive unit which take more than a week to diagnose and replace. The reason why I am giving 4 stars because you get $100 daily Uber voucher for usage which is awesome. The bad and horrible part is that don’t get regular updates from advisor and you have to keep asking them for status. You are paying for premium car price and you expect someone will call and update you but your will get disappointment with the entire process. It’s not the staff fault because they are so busy. I had high expectation but I was disappointed. Pro tips. If your appointment is at 3 pm. Come early since there will be long lines with cars getting into the service center and I waited 40 mins before it was my turn."
