"I had one tire changed and the other patched according to the technician’s advice at this shop. Both are the rear tires. However, within two weeks, the patched tire blew out while I was driving on Highway, which almost caused an accident. I had a very important meeting to attend that day, but I was in the middle of nowhere. Towing service can’t be that timely and Lyft can’t stop for me on highway. And the failed tire somehow scratched and damaged my brand new car body. It has become the worst day of my life! Anyway, to me this repair job was NOT done properly and I will not risk myself to try their service again. P.S. I actually went back to this shop with the backup tire. They charged me $240+++ for another repair. I didn’t want to encourage this kind of business, so I turned to other resources after thinking."

"I wouldn't go back. They scratched my band new rims and lost one of the valve stems I supplied. When I mentioned these mistakes to the rep at the front desk, he said I only gave them 3 valve stems. I'm sure I dropped off 4 valve stems. They ignored my comment on the rim scratches. The employees I spoke to seemed nice, but the technicians clearly didn't care. Sloppy work, low effort."
