"China parts, bad customer service, don't stand behind their parts, don't follower their own policy. Mike is horrible manager, he hung up on me when I was asking for a refund on parts I returned over a week ago. Mike seriously needs some help and guidance. I have never been treated so poorly who spends thousands monthly at a parts store. To get treated like that to me is unacceptable. Also when I was order parts half the time they would be defective, miss-boxed, something wrong. As a mobile mechanic, I usually order the parts before going out to the job site. When my parts are wrong I look bad because of my parts store, So now fast can look bad for what they stand for.... Nothing good! I use car quest that continually beat quality, service, delivery times, and pricing! Thanks for nothing FAST!!!!"
