Explained the process and included notes about how he will use the right tools that some shops don’t use. He even covers your seat and wheel when moving the vehicle, which is important to me. Scheduling was easy and on time. I dropped off the car and took a 10 min walk to Starbucks for a couple hours. Then it was done!
