"Techs at this location are just incompetent. The tech (as far as I know his name is Michael), that worked on my car on Aug 4, 2023, mixed the wheels on the port (left) side of my car (which is equipped with wheels of different widths on front and rear axles). I consider myself lucky that I was able to identify the issue quite quickly. I am now apprehensive to contemplate the fact that I drove approximately 50 miles on Saturday to do groceries in a vehicle that was potentially hazardous to operate. Planning to get my car towed to this tire center tomorrow, to make them fix the problem and ask for compensation. I believe that this represents a gross dereliction of duty. ---- UPD: The very next day the problem has been fixed. And the tire center agreed to pay for an inspection aiming to identify any damage that my car may have sustained while being operated with an incorrect tire setup."

"Ordered online for tires and installation. About 600 (Michelin had a sale online) total for my mid tier tires for Mazda 3. Easy drop off. If you have an appointment, Say your name and drop off keys at tire center office (to the right of the main entrance) ✅ My car was ready in about two hours. ✅ Pick up keys in the garage. ✅ Car feels and drives like new ✅ I didn't need it asap but they're reasonably quick."
