"Recently visited this place. One machine didn’t work after I inserted my card. Charged me nonetheless. Other machine worked fine. Trying to get my refund Edit: they refunded the extra charge. Also, their automatic machine have scratched by car before. So just use the hand one"

"Sept 23, 2023. tl;dr: Plan to spend 15-20 minutes waiting for a stall and you’ll have to spend at least $5 for 5 minutes of manual washing. Details: The automatic car wash is blocked by a cone, presumably because it’s out of order. The credit card readers in the stalls are disabled. Minimum purchase is $5 for 5 minutes. The back three of the six manual wash stalls have been taken over by “auto detailers” and they won’t let the public use them. The front three stalls are frequently occupied by people washing, drying, and waxing their cars."

"This review is for the self-service wash (I have not tried the automated wash). It was my first time doing a self-service carwash and I was pleasantly surprised that it was a seamless experience (I was in Bay T3). There is ample signage to explain how things work. I used a credit card, and the card reader and all the equipment worked as expected. Since it was my first time doing this, I was a little slow, so it took me a little over 11 minutes to wash my car (total was $11; I used 4 of the 9 available settings). The display screen shows how much time has elapsed and gives a total cost once you press the red stop button). Overall, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be washing my car here again."
