"This was probably the worst oil change service I have ever had in my life. First the manger called everyone by their name except me. None of the signature service, services was provided correctly I to come back because the did not check the air pressure ,oil was on my seat the car was not vaccuumed the windows we not clean hand prints were on my hood and door. I'm not the write a review type so for me to write this the service had to be bad. Oh and I had to come back so they could reset the oil change light smh."

"I requested to make sure there was no additional oil on the frame or on the oil pan. The oil pan plug is close to parts of the frame and often when changing the oil, the old oil catches on the frame and makes a mess. In the past, I have had oil drip from under the vehicle for the first day or two after an oil change and I wanted to avoid this. The service technician promised me they would make sure there was no mess or additional oil under the vehicle when they completed the oil change. One day later, there is a lot of drips under my vehicle from oil. They left a big mess of oil on the frame, near the oil plug."

I live in San Francisco and I am willing to travel to Berkeley to get the same customer service that I got at this Jiffy lube location.
