"The girl who took our order was new and needed help taking our order. She wasn’t given any help nor did she ask for it. When we received our order they messed up the sandwiches and forgot our sauces. By the time we got our correct order the fries were cold."

"Store is not set up well to handle people ordering food in person. It becomes difficult to walk in the door because of the line to order food. It seems as though there was a preference set up for mobile ordering and mobile orders seem to be finished at a faster pace than in store orders. Quality was food was consistent with any chick-fil-A."

"Whewww chile the reviews DO NOT LIE! This location definitely does NOT withhold the Chic-Fil-A standard that’s widely known across country, They need new management, more employees and better training. Better yet, a secret shopper. The service is below subpar which reflects on the food. Long story short my order wasn’t thoroughly cooked. Got all the way home and had to return. They remade the order (PARTIALLY). I had to ask for another drink. And just for humor. When I originally ordered I had a chocolate chip cookie but the cookies weren’t ready which resulted in me canceling it because I didn’t want to wait. So when I had to return to have my order CORRECTED I asked about the cookies. You’d think she would’ve given me one for the inconvenience right? WRONG. Still wanted me to pay for it. I won’t be returning Even coming back I still spent 20 mins in the drive thru (placing the original order was 30) Edit - the chicken sized for the breakfast sandwiches are pathetic. No way it should be allowed. Someone must’ve went to the store and bought thin sliced chicken breast this week."
