"I recently had a disappointing experience with this body shop. Despite its seemingly high rating, my encounter led me to question its legitimacy. Scheduling an estimate took two weeks, and upon arrival, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. What's frustrating is that the estimate they provide for an out of pocket repair is merely visual, leaving room for additional out-of-pocket costs if they don’t see any additional repairs needed. Other option is obviously go with insurance paid where the estimate is more accurate…. Opting for insurance payment should have been straightforward, but it turned into a debacle. After the estimate process, I was told to go home and wait for them to coordinate with the insurance for payment of additional cost. However, communication breakdowns ensued, with the employee claiming the insurance hadn't approved, while the insurance insisted everything was in order. Attempts to reach the body shop and insurance became a maze, each pointing fingers at the other. The employee refuse to get in a phone call with the insurance. It took days of waiting and multiple attempts trying to get this sorted out. Eventually, called and said that she had set for another virtual assistance request had been filed, but now another week's wait for approval loomed. In total, dealing with this body shop has taken almost four weeks without even starting the repairs. The lack of customer service and professionalism is disheartening. My experience suggests a downward trend in their service quality, and I'm left questioning the credibility of their high ratings. I do not recommend these guys, save yourself time and headache find someone else Edit: had to edit this so I can reply to the Owner!! Dear Caliber Collision owner!!!! While I understand your suggestion to email for resolution, it's disheartening that the initial service provided was not up to the expected standard. Unfortunately, the assurance of addressing concerns via email doesn't negate the impact of the negative experience. Regrettably, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. However, I believe in transparency, and I feel it's crucial for the public to be aware of the challenges I've faced. I may choose to share my experience through public channels, as I believe it's essential for consumers to make informed decisions."

"Way beyond 5 stars!!! My rating changed. Read to the end. My car looks like brand new… Thank you Chris!!! …. and the entire crew at Caliber Collision (South)! Thank you all for an absolutely perfect job. Everything is excellently lined up and this paint job IS perfect! I apologize for being such a skeptic. Caliber’s scheduling and keeping me informed worked so well there was no reason for me question or worry about anything and on top of that, they were 4 days early!!!! ♥️you guys/gals. Well, it turned out to be not so great. When I picked up my car the front end looked great but what I didn’t notice for 3 days was the suction cups marks on the top(as in sealing the car off from overspray) and that the paint was peeled off of the car body edge around the trunk. Mgr Kurt Barstad denied any responsibility saying “they don’t use tape or use suction cups”… but they painted both front fenders. He said the paint failure is a Subaru issue. The service technician at Maita Subaru said he worked in a body shop and that they definitely did use tape and suction cups. He also said that the paint still shouldn’t have peeled. Subaru refuses to that car of the paint issue because the car was 5 years 3 months old. That’s 2 businesses that you may want to have 2nd thoughts about."
