"Im a new Mazda owner and have been coming to this location since purchasing my vehicle they have a great waiting lobby and can have great customer service if you only deal with the 2 Male advisors(Christian&Jacob) at the service department but there’s one Ms.Quesada, who has bad customer service,does not go beyond for customers and is slow I would highly suggest avoiding her! Unfortunately after all my visits this will be my last at this location, they no longer care for your new vehicles and noticed damage done after service (multiple real deep scratching done by a tool or key) like it was done on purpose!!"

"Came in for an auto recall appointment, was promised car would only take 30 mins and it came close to at least 5 hours of waiting time. Luckily I had a laptop to keep me busy but really didn’t like how I had to check in multiple times over the status of my car when it should have only taken less than an hour to do. Could be a miscommunication error with the auto-mechanics or service worker especially since I had an early time appointment. But I wouldn’t want to come here again, sorry."

"My Mazda CX-5 was just serviced for a routine oil change and checkup. They are still open for appointments and they had an opening for me to be able to come in the day of. This was my first time coming to this service center. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful in getting me setup for the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and they walked through everything that would be done. They gave me a time estimate and showed me to their waiting area that was filled with water and snacks. Everything was spaced out and felt safe to be able to move around without coming in contact with others. I wore my mask the whole time, as did a few other customers who were getting their cars serviced. They finished early and I was able to get out of their in just over an hour total. They walked me through the service, charges and what they anticipated would be needed in future visits if I choose to return. Overall it was a wonderful, no nonsense visit that took care of my car maintenance without hassle. Definitely will return for the next service."

"I was trying to reach the service department. The first time I waited over 5 minutes to be transferred and no one picked up the phone so I hung up. I called a different number specific to the service department was transferred again and on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up. I called Elk Grove Mazda and spoke to someone in the service department in under a minute. They've set the standard for how a well run business should operate. Needless to say if you aren't competent enough to transfer a phone call how can I trust you with my car?"
