"I'm of two minds, but they aren't equal; the positive far outweighs the negative. The negative is that it took longer than they said it would. But I gotta say they were thorough! As happens all the time, the car wasn't doing anything wrong when they started it (and I had it towed there because it didn't start for *us*!). So they let it run and after 40 minutes it finally did the bad thing. And I felt like I was in good hands. The mechanic explained everything he did and the receptionist was always friendly. So I'd say if they could give a more accurate estimate of how long the repair will take they'll be awesome! And it's not that hard for them to do. As a personal thing I'd rather them estimate the longest it could take so I can be pleasantly surprised if it's done before then."
