"Don't do it! Though they made the car buying process easy I am now realizing it is because they want to get rid of junk cars quick. I originally left a good review but after driving a total of maybe 10 miles the car broke down. I was informed by a mechanic it has a cracked exhaust manifold, an exhaust leak, the transmission slips l and it is riddled with electrical issues. When I bought the car they said be open and communicate if something goes wrong and they would help get it handled. I own a business across the street from them and since informing Sergio of the issues he hasn't returned calls or texts. I drive by multiple times a day because of how close our businesses are and I have seen the owner, and every worker as well as the mechanic there multiple times and they haven't seemed concerned a single time.... I value businesses because I am a business owner as well, but I also value customers because they are what helps make a business successful. DO NOT get a car from this location.. it will mess up it will have issues and leave you stranded and they will NOT get back ahold of you no matter how calm and kind you try to talk/reason with them. Needless to say I will be reaching out to BBB as well as BAR, the city who issued theirs business licenses (that they do not post on the wall as required) my father is also very good friends with the landlord of their property... Hopefully in no time they will get the hint and either stop selling junk cars or get shut down all together. It's faulty businesses like this that make it terrible for real hard working business owners...."

"Where should I even start. I purchase my car on 7/27/23 the tire light was already on, when I got on the freeway the steering wheel started shaking very bad once I get to 50 mph so I can't even drive the car on the freeway. I contact Sergio the next day about getting the tires fix because the car has 4 completely different tires on the car and about the steering wheel shaking very badly, he told me he will inform the boss but its 8/28/23 and still haven't heard anything about the tires. I contact him all of August: 8/2,8/7,8/10,8/12, 8/24,8/27 and all he keep telling me he will inform the boss, but never give a update. The car cost $7,000 and found out its going to take the same amount that I got the car for to get it fix. I tired working with them for the past month and I'm getting the run around."

"I came here with the last dollars to my name, Sergio sold me a BAD car. He lied non stop about my car being a “Good car” he got a mechanic to turn the check engine light off on my car and treated me like a woman who knows nothing. The transmission is being held together by silicone and missing bolts. I have children! I took my car to Nissan of Sacramento and that is where I found out and got pictures. Champions as well as Sergio does not believe me and accused me of driving on the sidewalk. The owner only speaks Spanish so I’d suggest that you bring a translator and a code reader before shopping here. Sergio knew it was the last dollar to my name and my situation and he took advantage of me and my family.. Even the office manager quit. All they want to do is take your money. If I could give a zero star review I would. Now I’m stuck with a bad car and no way to fix the problems."
