"I have been Discount tire's customer for more than ten years and I used to do tire rotation and balance for all of my vehicles every six months. I booked an appointment for tire balance and rotation at this store for the first time and for the first time ever they refused to perform the tire rotation and balance for me! At first, the guy tried to charge me for their free service by claiming he does not see the tire purchase in my account. After few minutes of pretending to search my account he went to inspect the car and surprisingly he said it is not recommended to perform tire rotation every six month so, no need to do that for you! I was like, okay then do the tire balance. The guy said it is not recommended unless your steering wheel is shaking very badly in your hand! Obviously this guy was trying to refuse performing the service by providing some nonsense excuses but I asked my final request to check one of the tires for leak. He surprised me again by saying "oh the leak is pretty normal for all tires so, you are good"! Seriously??? I am wondering if this is the new business model for Discount Tire in 2024 or if this guy was out of his mind????"

"I had bought 4 new tires less than a month ago and one of the tires exploded on the freeway. What should have been a manufacturer warranty repair. They charged me for labor mount and balance and a disposal fee. Unfortunate, I will never purchase tires from Discount again."
