"The manager at this location was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was extremely helpful from the moment I called on the phone to the second I stepped foot into the store. She rolled up her sleeves and fixed my problem (a dead rodent near my battery). It was beyond disgusting and stomach turning and she and her crew handled it like true professionals!! I really appreciate her and her crew!! My alternative was a gas can, a match or a cliff. I don’t handle rodents dead or alive, so she saved me and my vehicle. Thank you for your out of this world customer service and support!!!"
"I needed four new tires and called three other major tires store. All were expensive and not the best tires. I decided to give Pep Boys a try. I called and spoke to Lenna the store manager and told her what i was quoted at the other tire shops. She got me a cheaper price and name brand tires. They were very quick to install and it was just a great overall experience. Julie"
"I dropped off my car to get rotation, balance and alignment of my tires because I got them installed at a different location before I moved - but even though I was told an hour or a couple hours, I showed back up almost a few hours later and my vehicle is not even moved into the bay being worked on. The person at the desk told me she only has two guys and no space to have it brought in and worked on, and that not being a psychic there was no way to know when it would get done - it could be another hour maybe possibly perhaps, but if I had a problem I could just have my keys back and leave. After spending 3 hours of my day waiting to have it done and then expressing that I could wait a bit longer but not expecting to go into the 4th hour and beyond, being responded with an attitude that lacks accountability and courteous service I certainly was given no option but to have to take another day it somewhere else and further invest time/energy/resources again. No drop off and pick up shuttle offer extended either, and first time at this same location I was met with similar unprofessional attitude. Over all including installation, have not been met with a good impression from this franchise at all."

"After being happy to come here and spend $2,500 to have work done, I left with this nagging prompt on my screen that wouldn’t go away. Originally the lady said I’d have to pay for a new usb port, over $300, but when I pointed out “this problem occurred under your care and you didn’t specify it on the inspection report”, she told me to bring it back and it would be “on the house”. I take it in today, come back 2 and a half hours later and they haven’t even begun work in my vehicle. She tells me it will be done right away, and 10 minutes later she says it’s ready. I start the vehicle and immediately see the same notification, bring that up with the lady and she says “take it to a dealer, we didn’t cause that problem”. I don’t believe in 10 minutes anyone replaced a usb port, which they previously said would require pulling out the center console. They got some money from me but they’ll never get another dollar. Not them or any other pep boys. All they had to do was make it right and they had my repeat business."
