"I needed a minor repair on my car and had gone to a couple places in town for an estimate. Nino helped me with mine here and he looked into 2 different ways in which they could do the repair, making sure to clarify the difference in methods and prices for each. I ended up going with the cheaper one (ordering a used part), and I really appreciated being given that option because other places didn't even ask and had quoted me a cost that was over double the amount I ended up paying! I only needed to wait a couple of days for the part to come in, and they were able to do a same-day repair for me which was super convenient. Even when coming to pick up, Nino gave me more ideas and tips I could do on my own to make the used part look "nicer" as well. I definitely recommend coming here because it feels like they really care about your personal wants and needs as a car owner, and aren't just purely trying to make money off you."

"Excellent work and car returned detailed and clean inside and out. Administrative notification system needs work. Does not report status in a timely way. I had to call every day to find out if it was ready, and it was NOT ready, even though the system was sending me reports that the car would be ready at the end of the day. The day AFTER I picked it up, I got messages saying it was ready. It’s a good practice to keep customers updated but this system doesn’t work!"

"Went there to get my hood and grille fixed. They helped me out right away and fixed my car in about 5 minutes and on top of that, didn’t charge me anything. Couldn’t ask for better service, if you’re in the area and you have a problem with your car, go here!"

"Had a bad experience here. Brought in a Tesla 3 with Tesla insurance for an estimate. They were very fast at getting an initial estimate over however, they changed from "repairing" a panel to "replacing" it after submitting it to insurance. This slowed everything down as the suppliment did not get submitted properly. Add to that the fact Tesla insurance is horrible, this made the wait even longer. We waited more than than 30 days for a response. I get a call after a month "Good news, they approved the suppliment..." then they go on to ask for a "deposit". They wanted my deductible in advance and prodceedded to talk about how difficult Tesla is to deal with, returns etc. Truthfully, I don't really care. They are a Tesla authorized shop and had nothing but Teslas on site when I went there. I have never paid my deductible on a collision repair until the work was done to my satisfaction. I told the service writter this and offered $500, as it made me sceptical why they asked me this. Cameron the manager called me back after lunch and again tried with the same rehearsed "Tesla's are so hard..." etc. I told him it made me nervous dealing with a shop that didn't seem to have to working capital to order the parts and do the work without my deposit. Cameron also told me the parts cost was $2500 and that the deposit wasn't even half of the parts. With that begging said they were charging $9K for labor. Although the service writter Nino and the young lady I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, I would not watse your time bringing your business here. I have wasted nearly 7 weeks dealing with them. Edit: I posted this incorrectly even this happened a month or so ago. I fell obligated to share this experience with others so they can determine if they want to do business here."

"Took in my vehicle for some cosmetic work that required the front bumper be removed and reinstalled. I was satisfied with the work done until I noticed that the bumper no longer properly aligned with the adjacent panels and was protruding slightly out of the area where it should have clipped onto the body. When I brought this to their attention, I was simply told that it was just how the bumper fits despite informing them that such improper fit didn't exist before and comparing it to other parts of the car where panels were connected seamlessly. Under normal wear-and-tear circumstances, I would agree but the car is barely a year old and such gaps shouldn't be forming already. I was disappointed in their lack of interest to suggest how they could fix the issue at hand."
