"Very poor quality work and extremely poor customer service! The owner, Andrew, acts as if he does not care about the customers or the work that is being done. The level of work is sub par and when you bring this up to their attention they give you every excuse in the book why it is not their fault. It is hard to get in touch with them as they often do not pick up the phone and emails are not responded to promptly. They charge high rates for work and do spotty work and then don't want to fix what they started. This is the type of place where if you had them change your oil, they might very likely forget to refill the engine with oil before they give it back to you, and then say it is your fault for checking before you drove the car. It is a shame because this place has potential to be great only if it was better managed and the owner actually cared about the customers. I can not recommend anyone bring their car here for any service."

"I’ve used 2 Bennett on multiple occasions. Within the last year, they have failed to diagnose multiple issues that other mechanics have been able to identify within the same timeframe they had my vehicle or much less. They failed to find a coolant leak caused by a cracked reservoir and an air suspension leak caused by a faulty fitting. Because I like supporting local businesses, I’ve kept using them but after my most recent experience, I find it difficult to recommend them to anyone who cares about their Audi. Most recently, they replaced my motor mounts which were starting to leak and cause a clunking noise when driving. When I picked up my car from them, I didn’t notice the clunking issue until a few weeks later because I do not drive my car very often. I tried calling them twice to get my car in to have them look at it again with no answer. Being very frustrated with them after spending nearly $2K on the replacement and their track record on diagnosing other issues on my car, I brought my car to a dealership in town who was able to diagnose my issue and fix it within 3 hours. The issue being that Audi 2 Bennett did not torque down multiple bolts when doing the work initially. I emailed the invoice to Andrew (the owner) and he is not willing to pay me back for the invoice and is confused why I didn’t bring my car back to 2 Bennett after I noticed the issue. The invoice I asked him to pay was not very expensive and I did not ask for money back from their install, yet he is still not offering anything. He lost my business for good and I will warn any fellow Audi owners of his shop."

"2Bennett is one of the best in the business! I recently shipped my 2003 Audi S8 up from LA to get a ton of work done: 2Bennett suspension, steering, leaks, and miscellaneous age issues just to start the list. Andrew and the 2Bennett team were responsive, articulate, friendly, and helpful the entire way through the process. They helped organize car shipment in a way which was super convenient to me and gave my car the white glove treatment while it was away. They were honest and forthcoming with the entire scope of work, especially when extra necessary work came up as they got their hands dirty. Their engineers/mechanics easily broke it down for me into necessary vs. "nice to haves" so that I could meet my budget constraints as well. They even went so far as to send photo updates while my car was being worked on! The S8 is a bit unique so it was great to see multiple others of the same model year being worked on, and its clear their expertise is very deep for my car. 5/5, I would recommend 2Bennett to anyone but especially to those that have a unique Audi that wants the best service money can buy."
