"I recently bought my car to A1 Smog to diagnose and repair what I thought was a dangerous (and possibly costly) issue. The technicians carefully looked over my car and identified potential sources of the issue. They then investigated each of the potential sources, made the necessary repairs, and test drove my car multiple times to make sure that the issue had been resolved. Upon completing the repairs, Jon (the owner) clearly explained the work that was done, assured me that my car was safe to drive, and was very, very generous with his billing. "Jon is awesome! My catalytic converter was stolen off of my 2002 CRV. He booked me right away since I was leaving the next week for a road trip. I got a shield as well and he made modifications to it to fit the aftermarket converter at no extra cost. I had to come back for a smog check and he squeezed me in even though his schedule was packed because "I'm here to make you happy." Jon is professional and will not pull a fast one on you. I highly recommend! Plus, Dude the dog gives really good hugs :)"
