When my 1990 Toyota Pick Up died on me I called several different auto shops to get a quote and they all spat out a number based on information I said over the phone without once looking at the truck. When I called Rick at Valley Truck and Auto he was honest and told me he could not give me a quote until he saw the truck in person and inspected it. From that first interaction I knew Valley Truck and Auto was where I wanted to get my truck worked on. It turned out that we needed to rebuild our engine. Rick updated me every step of the way and waited for my approval before doing the work. Even after the engine was installed and there were some minor things that needed to be tuned Rick took care of me. My truck now runs better than when I first bought it!
