"I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by this establishment. My experience in trying to retrieve my car has been nothing short of a nightmare. It has been over three weeks since I entrusted them with my vehicle, and yet I have still not received it. Brandon P. has consistently failed to fulfill his responsibilities and provide me with updates regarding the status of my car. When I called two weeks into the process to inquire about its progress, he informed me that it was in line for paint. However, when I followed up a week later, I discovered that my car had not even been painted yet. I am left wondering about the honesty and integrity of Brandon P. and the overall operation of this establishment."
