"The Pasadena store moved from the NW corner of Colorado & Fair Oaks to across the street by the Apple Store. It’s about 1/2 the size of the old store. Helpful staff still but maybe checking online to buy & pick up at the store might be a better option."

"Very rude person! unfortunately I don't have the person name and I have to leave this review for entire store where the rest of the crew may not be deserve! I had a return for my online order and she was noticing me because I didn't have a paper receipt!!!!and at the end she left with out any notice and asked other representative to help! I wasn't rude or anything, I just patiently waited to be helped! Very disappointed from JCrew and from this point on I will rather do my shopping and returns online than dealing with face to face rude customer service and be judged for nothing!!!!"

This despite the large number of customers that only he was available to serve. J Crew is fortunate to have a staff member like him aboard their team."

"If my entire wardrobe could be J Crew it would. I must confess I often stop by this store to just try things on, take some selfies, then Instagram it. Then based on reactions that is what I plan on buying. The store staff is always super helpful and I am polite enough to clean up after myself. The store is clean, the workers friendly, and I always look forward to my next ‘runway’ visit."
