"Good experience at this location. New fresh parking lot. All the workers are extremely polite. I was shopping for a used tire because just for now to get me by because of time restraints. They had a used one. I ended up back at the place to double check my tire and they made it right. The owner is super friendly. The gentleman who changed the tire was polite. The second manager helped me was super nice too. If you are looking for a budge tire and for any emergency. This place is fast and effecient."

"I am a senior woman and went in to get 2 used tires and alignment. Not only did I have to wait two and a half hours in 85° weather but when it came to get my alignment, it actually wasn't aligned! I paid for both tires and alignment. I was not given a readout for my alignment. When I got in my car it was still pulling, so I went to college avenue and had them check my alignment, and the man there said there was no alignment done. Hence the 1 rating!"

"Took my car in to swap the alternator which I had bought myself. I asked them to simply just swap it and to diagnose the issue and let me know what the issue was. I also asked him to check the fuel gage because I’m getting an improper reading on my gas gage. They Charged me 300 and said it would take 2-3 hours max. It ended up taking them 6 hours to complete this task and I still have an issue with my charging system and my fuel gage. I didn’t receive any information from anyone (not even the mechanic) that would benefit me so I can find a PROFESSIONAL to get the job done RIGHT. DEFINITELY NOT going here again OR recommending anyone to get their work done here."
