"I am new to Gosch Toyota and I am blown away by the awesome customer care that they have provided. I have received assistance from both Tony Schempp and Jason Caudill. One would think that they owned the dealership by how efficient and attentive they were. As we were leaving town on a road trip at 3 pm one day we discovered a nail in a tire that was in a bad place and the tire could not be repaired; plus the other tires needed replacement. Jason took a set of tires from another order and had the tires replaced so that we could still make the trip that evening. Tony has made me happy that we purchased a Toyota. He doesn’t just provide great service he gives you a unique experience! I highly recommend Gosch Toyota due to the awesome Service they provide."

"Absolute waste of time! I live an hour and a half away and I spoke with Keith over the phone. I told him the type of deal I was looking for and asked for him to tell me if it was something they were willing to work or if not so I can save myself the drive. He told me they could work with that. So we make the trip and test drive the car. When we sit down to start talking they of course ask for the credit check. I say I would like to discuss the price of the vehicle first to make sure we are on the same page. They give me a spiel about how they can offer a better deal once they check the credit. So they run a credit check. And it's until after they do all that the guy tells me that we are way off price with what was discussed over the phone. That in order to get to what I was looking to pay a month we needed to pay 19k down! Absolutely ridiculous! They told me one thing over the phone and then a completely different thing in person. Made me waste the time and gas for nothing!"

"The service department could improve its customer service. Technicians, in particular, should ensure proper utilization of the AC or heater in vehicles. I’m not sure what or who got into my vehicle, but it stinks. It’s essential for both the service department and technicians to maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant environment for customers. Oh and they should be kind enough to connect any device back if they disconnected anything, in my case my dash cam, all cables disconnected for no valid reason."
