If they do a diagnostic test on your car, whatever the result is Eric will suggest the best way to fix the problem & the cheapest way. Not like the other repair shop they will add more problems on your car just to make more money from you. Yesterday they did a service maintenance on my Toyota Rav-4 again the service is excellent. The people that work there treat you with respect and very courteous. I personally give the Murrieta Smog Star exceptional rating. Keep up the outstanding quality service to all your customer."
"Honestly I'd recommend other smog places. The customer service done by Eric is very low quality. You can feel the tension of rude behavior while being here. It honestly made me uncomfortable. And my car just sat for a whole hour without even being touched. It finally got looked at because i spoke up."
