"Could not ask for a better experience, with a hole in my tire... walked straight to the counter and was helped immediately! The gentleman named Erik was amazing, very professional and got me a new tire within 45 minutes! BUY INSURANCE FOR YOUR TIRES! (Well worth the extra $$$) Very clean facility and very well managed! "IF THERE WAS A - STAR. THEY WOULD GET IT FROM US. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. FROM BEGINNING TO END. LITERALLY. On feb 25 2023. AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SPECIALLY IF THEY GIVE YOU A DEAL SO GOOD TO PASS. I did, and they damaged one of my lock and key. They made me buy a new key and they Didn't offer to pay or give anything for the trouble. After that. I had to take my car to a machine shop to take the old lock out. In the process, they damaged my rim. Again. They didn't offer any help in paying the 150 bucks to take it out. AND NOW THAT I HAVE TO PUT NEW TIRES. GUESS WHAT. THESE KNUCKLEHEADS INSTILLED 3 DIFFERENT TIRE SIZE ON MY BENZ. IT HAS 2. BUT THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION I GUESS."
