"I am a technician working for Samsung appliances. Today noon, I tried to drive to leave for another customer after repair, suddenly clutch was not working and checked transmission, found clutch cable was off. I temporarily tightened it with zip tie and went to this shop. I explained my situation to Joe and asked to get it done asap because I had more customers waiting for me. Joe arranged a big guy to fix it asap. He did it very quickly and I could do my job owing to their generous and thoughtful arrangement. I do appreciate Joe and the big guy again.
