"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. You have been warned. I rarely ever write bad reviews. However, my experience here with Joe and his brother was so horrible that now I feel obligated to warn others and to contact BBB for their unethical business practices. My vehicle was in their shop for 6 weeks, and I still had to tow it out because they still couldn't diagnose my vehicle properly. They instructed me to buy $1800 in parts, even when they weren't certain of what the issue was to begin with. Parts that I personally had to call around and track down, as well as drive 2 hours away to pick up it up and bring it to them. I've paid double that amount for a rental while they "worked" on my car, supposedly. They couldn't even provide me with a receipt of what they worked on the entire time my car was in their possession. This business is a rip-off, and learn from my mistake and just go straight to a dealership service department with actual knowledgeable mechanics, not these bozos who think they know their way around an engine."
